Training Status Update
At this time, training sessions have concluded. More information about future training opportunities will be provided soon.
⚠️ Important Notes ⚠️
- Provider registration is now available. Providers will receive an email with their verification code and registration instructions once the registration period opens.
- Only providers who are actively serving children in the Child Care Subsidy Program will be able to take advantage of the full functionality of KinderSystems. Providers who are not currently serving any subsidized children are welcome to participate in training sessions; however, they are not eligible to receive a tablet and do not need to register in KinderSystems at this time.
Choose the Right PASS Training Session for You
Training Option 1: For Providers Who Are Fully Transitioning to KinderSystems and are Not Using a Third-Party Child Care Management System (CCMS). Please attend the KinderConnect training.
- Who: Providers who use Child Care PASS as their primary system to record attendance for children in the Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP). These providers fully utilize the KinderSystems suite of products and do not use an approved third-party child care management system, such as Lillio or Brightwheel, to track attendance.
- What: Training is two parts:
- Part 1: A 1-hour video training followed by one and a half hours of live guided practice and Q&A. (Note: When you open the registration link, it may say “Provider Full Training.” This is normal, please go ahead and register).
- Part 2: A recorded 1-hour webinar covering additional content.

Training Option 2: For Providers Continuing to Use Their Own Third-Party Child Care Management System (CCMS).
If you will continue using your current CCMS (e.g., Brightwheel, Lillio, etc.) to track attendance and connect it via KinderBridge, please attend the KinderBridge/API training. Click HERE to see the list of child care management systems that KinderBridge interfaces with.
- Who: Providers linking their existing CCMS to PASS through KinderBridge. This training is not for providers receiving a state-issued tablet.
- What: A 30-minute video followed by two hours of live guided practice and Q&A.
